You shouldn’t have to drive to Idaho to buy an electric vehicle in a showroom.

Sustainable transportation solutions are an important part of caring for the planet we all share. But current Washington state law prevents EV manufacturers, like Rivian, from offering test drives, pricing information or even discussing financing options with potential customers in the state of Washington.

These laws hurt our state's goal of reducing climate pollution from transportation. It also means less investment in our state from EV manufacturers that can help create the jobs and infrastructure to support their vehicles.

Right now, legislators are making key policy decisions regarding EVs. This is our best opportunity to bring more EVs to Washington and you can help.
